Navigating Change:
Designing and Living Your Best Life
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Navigating Change is a 3-month, 1-on-1 coaching program specifically designed for women navigating major life transitions.
Science-backed: Grounded in the latest neuroscience from researchers like Dr. Judson Brewer (habit change) and informed by peer-reviewed studies on mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
Body-centered: You'll develop practices to access your body's innate wisdom—learning to sense what's aligned versus what's keeping you stuck. Your body knows before your mind catches up.
Transformation-focused: We follow Martha Beck's four-phase Change Cycle, giving you a roadmap through the dissolution, dreaming, implementation, and integration stages of profound change.
Compassionately held: Drawing from Buddhist psychology (explained in accessible, non-religious terms), you'll learn to be with difficult emotions without being overwhelmed by them, and to move forward without shame-based motivation.
Practical: You'll receive concrete tools, worksheets, and daily practices—not just talking and theorizing. This is a program for women who want actionable strategies, not spiritual bypass.
WHY THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. It's Based on How Your Brain Actually Works
Instead of relying on willpower (which research shows is a limited resource), you'll learn to change habits at the neurological level by updating your brain's reward predictions. This is why the changes you make in this program actually stick.
2. Your Body Becomes Your Guide
Most coaching happens entirely in your head. In Navigating Change, you are taught to access embodied wisdom—that gut feeling, that chest tightness, that sense of expansion or contraction. Your body is giving you information your thinking mind can't access.
3. It Honors the Full Arc of Transformation
Change isn't linear. You'll learn to recognize which phase you're in (Dissolution, Dreaming, Implementation, Integration) and use the right strategies for that phase. What works in Phase One will sabotage you in Phase Three.
4. It Integrates Ancient Wisdom with Modern Science
Buddhist psychology has understood for millennia — and neuroscience now validates — that our relationship to experience determines our level of stress and resilience. Awareness is not soft; it is a measurable skill that allows women in transition to make clearer decisions and lead their lives with intention.
5. Your Coach Has Walked This Path
I'm not teaching theory. After 35 years in financial services, I understand the pressures of a demanding career. I've navigated divorce, single-parenting, recovery, empty nest, and my own career transformation. I bring not just training (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Yoga (RYT-200), Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach) but lived experience. I know this territory—and am applying all these tools in my own journey.

IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR YOU?
Navigating Change is specifically designed for you if any of the following are true:
✓ You're a woman navigating a significant transition (career change, empty nest, divorce, approaching retirement).
✓ You're stuck between who you've been and who you're becoming—and the uncertainty is exhausting.
✓ You're tired of advice that sounds good but doesn't create actual change.
✓ You want to understand the science behind transformation, not just "think positive and manifest".
✓ You're experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself.
✓ You value both analytical rigor AND intuitive wisdom (you don't want to choose between your head and your heart).
✓ You're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through change and learn a more sustainable approach.
✓ You're interested in practices like mindfulness and body awareness, even if you're new to them.
✓ You're willing to commit 3 months to focused, deep work.
