About Laura
Growing up in a middle-class home in an affluent suburb of NYC, I was captivated by the promise of happiness Wall Street seemed to offer. I was determined to build a career in finance; committed to finding success both professionally and personally. Pursuing my dream with tenacity, I believed I was on the path to true happiness.
When I reached my goals, I realized I had overlooked creating a life I genuinely enjoyed. Each day felt like a never-ending game of Whack-a-Mole. It was draining. I felt trapped, anxious, and deeply unfulfilled.
My turning point came during a thorough, honest self-reflection journey when I discovered mindfulness. For me, mindfulness gradually changed how I related to my thoughts, anxiety, and chronic pain. I reconnected with my core values and what truly brings me joy. I made it a priority to honor my commitments to me, and I recognized that I have the freedom to choose my life. I stopped letting the “shoulds” and “have-tos” that once controlled me dictate my actions. I found that pursuing what aligns with my soul allows me to be a better mother and the best version of myself.
Inspired by my journey and passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with others, I earned certifications in yoga, mindfulness, and coaching—and dove deep into the neuroscience behind why these practices work. Today, I help my clients break free from limiting beliefs, feel empowered, and enjoy the freedom of living their best lives. My approach combines my corporate expertise with compassion born from my own experiences. If you’re ready to rewrite your story—no more running on autopilot!—let’s connect. I will walk alongside you, offering practical strategies and heartfelt support.
