HOW IT TENDS TO FIND YOU

Most of us don't arrive at the threshold all at once. It often comes through a mix of internal and external circumstances:

  • A career that doesn't feel as exciting or fulfilling as before

  • A new role as mother that’s reshaping who you are

  • A divorce or relationship break-up

  • An empty nest that's emptier than expected

  • A retirement that lacks a sense of purpose

Or quietly, with no obvious cause. Just a sense that the door behind you has closed, and the door in front hasn't opened yet.

While these circumstances can be vastly different, they have one common element — the need to embrace and step into a new identity.

That’s the hard work. Honoring and grieving for what's ending. Sitting with the uncertainty of what hasn't yet arrived. Allowing yourself the space to imagine, then create, what comes next.

Hi, I’m Laura

I'm a transformational coach with 35 years in financial services leadership and certifications in coaching, mindfulness, and yoga. I've also studied the neuroscience behind why these practices work — because I know analytical minds need more than "just breathe."

I built a career I loved in a fast-paced, demanding industry while raising two children and navigating some of life's biggest transitions: divorce, empty nest, and career reinvention. My coaching blends evidence-based strategies and mindfulness practices with the insight and compassion of having lived it. I help clients slow down enough to hear their own wisdom, get clear on what they actually want, and take meaningful steps toward it.
